Tools/Bolts

The tools listed below include everything you'll need for the proper construction of your U.S. Building. These materials are not supplied with your building.

Important: When using tools of any kind, safety should be a top priority.

The following list is some of the safety items to be used on the job site. Check with the proper safety authorities if you feel it necessary.

Safety Items:

Hard hat
Heavy work gloves
Knee pads
Back support
Steel toe workboots

Necessary Tools:

Tape Measure (25, 50 or 100')
4' level (helps plumb building)
½ and 9/16 wrenches for holding bolts (3 are needed)
Cutting shears for trimming panels

Pull Rope



Impact gun- variable torque- electric or air driven for tightening bolts. (3 guns are necessary)
11/16" 12 point socket to tighten nuts (3 needed) only if tightening building from inside.
½" 6 point socket for bolts (3 needed)
Pliers- 3 sets needed
Electric drill variable speed 3/8 minimum
Drill bit for drilling holes 3/8 "
Extension ladder

Important: to build your building correctly this item should be used: Scaffolding with walk boards and wheels will be needed. According to building size you will need 3-4 sets of 4 ½' standard scaffolding bucks. You will also need 1 set of ½ buck which is 2', at least 3 walk boards and 4 wheels.





Jacks- For supporting your building during construction.



2- 4x4x8 boards to go across jacks (these boards can be used from bottom of arch pallet)

Drift pins (line-up pins) will be needed to line up holes making it easier to line up bolts, Each worker on job should have 2 pins.
