Insurance

Construction insurance is available throughout the United States from a local agent at a minimal cost. US Buildings highly recommends that you purchase this insurance before you begin construction of your building.

Sudden weather changes during construction can cause damage to your building. Your building will not reach it's full live-load capacity until all bolts are installed and tightened and the building is completly grouted at the base on the inside and outside. Once you reach this stage you have completed your building. No grout necessary when using Industrial Arch Connector. IMPORTANT: Contact your insurance agent now to transfer the construction insurance to permanent insurance on your homeowner's policy. Due to recent weather changes some insurance companies have changed their policies and it is now necessary to ask specifically to have an add-on "roof collapsation amendment" added to your policy. (In most areas, the cost is minimal.)

IMPORTANT: Work safely since most of the building components have sharp edges. All workers should wear heavy work gloves. You should take all necessary precautions to guard against any kind of accident during construction.
