Building Assembly FAQ's

What angles will I receive with my building?

For open ended buildings, you will receive 2 outer curved angle sets; one for each end. These are to frame your own end walls and add rigidity to your building.

For buildings with one factory end wall and one open end- You will receive one outer curved angle set and one inner curved angle set for the factory end wall and only one outer set for the open end wall.

For both factory end walls, you will receive an inner and outer curved angle set for each factory end wall. 2.

When do I install my foam?

Install the foam after the building is constructed and the curved angle sets are in place.

Do I drill any holes in the curved angles?

Yes, after the end walls are in place and the strapping is on and each end wall panel is in proper position you now drill through the outer angle and end wall as shown in illustration #2 and bolt the curved angle and end wall together. Once this procedure is finished grout the end wall into place.

Where are my curved angles packed for shipping?

Curved angles are always bundled separately. If you have arches only your straight angles are packed underneath your arch pallet along with your arch strapping. If you have an end wall your straight angles will be packed on one side of the end wall and your curved angles on the other side.

How much arch strapping comes with my building?

3 times the length of your building.

What happens if I don't install my arch strapping?

The building will grow in length causing the bolt holes to not line up. It will also cause the building to be inconsistent in height.

If I'm using the arch strapping and my building continues to grow, what is the problem?

Possibly check your foundation to make sure the foundation is level and square. Also when you built your arches on the ground the bolts should have been finger tightened. If not go back and loosen bolts.
